  Rose Baumann
Rose's first exposure to the great work of the PEAL Center was in 2006, when she attended PEAL's Beginning With the End in Mind mini-series. The message of inclusion and having a broader vision for your child had a profound impact on her and planted the seed for her becoming a strong advocate for her son, a bright and beautiful child with Autism. Rose is an alumnae of PEAL's first Project for PEACE training program, which further inspired her to be an agent for change in her Washington county community. Rose joined PEAL in July 2010 as the Project Coordinator for the DDC Educational Rights grant, where she has worked to influence inclusive practices and promoted "the power of the parent network." In her previous life, she worked in the corporate world as a computer programmer/analyst, technical writer and project manager. Rose lives in Cecil Township with her husband, son and daughter.
