After many years working for the PEAL Center as a parent mentor in Central PA, Christina now holds the position of Parent Leadership Coordinator. The mother of three; Caitlyn, Alura and Christian, she began advocating when her oldest was born with a rare genetic disorder. Christina has worked on state-wide initiatives for the PA Department of Health and PA American Academy of Pediatrics to improve transition services for medically fragile children. She has extensive experience working with low literacy adults and has served as a Learning Differences Technical Assistant for PA Department of Education, Division of Adult Education. Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Education.
