Empowering Change Parent Group
21 and Able Project, Powered by United Way
Developed by and for parents, guardians, and caregivers of color who have
children with disabilities in transition to adulthood—and welcoming everyone.
The Empowering Change Group is committed to reaching families who are
marginalized and are having issues accessing supports and services for their
children, teens, young adults with disabilities.
Parents can attend monthly via zoom from 6:30pm-7:30pm
