Leading by Convening is about shaping traditional meetings in a new way, focusing on content and building relationships!
Participants will be provided with effective tools to help:
- Improve skills to authentically engage all team members, including diverse families
- Build support for shared work with families
- Address the relationship-based aspects of systems change
Pre-Registration is required! Attendance is limited to the first 100 people at each location!
This workshop is geared towards family leaders and leaders of state agencies or their designees, as well as leaders of provider organizations.
