Pennsylvania School Funding Trial

Education Law Center and Public Interest Law Center have announced a trial start date of November 12, 2021 has been set for the lawsuit challenging Pennsylvania’s school funding system, William Penn School District et al. v. Pennsylvania Department of Education et al.
