PEAL believes that all children, including children with disabilities and special health care needs, can learn and participate in their schools and communities.
The PEAL Center is a one-stop-resource for disability information and referral in Pennsylvania for parents, self-advocates and professionals. As a Parent Center (PTI) and Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F), PEAL provides assistance to families of children with disabilities, educators, and others who work with them. PEAL’s primary intent is to help families help their children and provide the tools they need to become lifelong advocates for their children and themselves.
