PEAL is hiring a Part-Time (20 hours/week) Family Resource Specialist located in western or central Pennsylvania. This position is remote with travel. This position will provide families with non-biased educational information and options about: special education rights, effective practices and alternative dispute resolution to help them be fully informed decision makers. They will give families of children with disabilities referral resources, strategies, and guidance to help ensure FAPE. This position will also represent PEAL at various trainings, conferences, and exhibits.

The PEAL Center seeks a dedicated Executive Director who will provide leadership, foster growth, and uplift the organization. The Executive Director is expected to shape and manage the strategic direction of PEAL by providing guidance, steering strategy, and directing growth to ensure the day-to-day vitality, stability, and value of the organization’s services. Working collaboratively with and reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will manage the successful implementation of policies, strategic goals, and objectives set by the Board.

The PEAL Center is hiring for a Coordinator for FAMILIES TO THE MAX. The position is 30 to 37.5 hours per week and remote with travel. Located in the eastern part of Pennsylvania, the successful candidate must be able to go to the Philadelphia PEAL office as needed. The position will collaborate with PaTTAN, HUNE and existing FAMILIES TO THE MAX leaders to build and sustain the FAMILIES TO THE MAX Statewide Network and Regional Networks. In addition, this position develops written resources, develops and delivers training to families, youth and professionals, and works as part of a leadership team to contribute to moving the project forward.
